If you are a first-time Convention attendee, then this ritual review session is for you. We will cover the tests of membership used to enter the Convention meetings, opening exercises and what to expect at the initiation and memorial service. Any Convention attendee is welcome to attend if they would like to have a ritual refresh. There will also be time for Q&A.

“Just Because the World Underestimates Us, It Doesn’t Mean Our Fate is Pre-Written” – Join Carnation Award Winner Gina Schaefer (Wittenberg), a visionary entrepreneur and a dynamic keynote speaker, as she delivers her powerful message on how to find your inspiration and your voice, promote your skills and overcome self-doubt.
Gina will be in the lobby immediately following her keynote, where she will be offering her book “Recovery Hardware” for sale from 2:45 - 3:30 p.m.
3:30-5 p.m. Memorial and Initiation Services*
Reaffirm your commitment to Gamma Phi Beta as we celebrate our ritual and remember sisters who have passed over the biennium. Please make sure to wear white attire and your badge.
6:30-7 p.m. International Council Receiving Line
This is your chance to say thank you to our outgoing council members and welcome our newly elected International Council (IC). Don’t forget to write a personal message in their memory books.
7-10 p.m. Pink Carnation Banquet – Moonlight and Mirrorballs
Spend a special night with your sisters as we honor our beloved Sorority, outgoing IC and install our newly elected IC for the next two-year term. Seating is open. Tickets are required.

February 16
Convention award submissions opened. Chapters must be in good standing for the previous year of the biennium to be eligible (January - December 2025). Awards are available in a variety of categories and recognize chapter and individual excellence during the biennium.
April 10
Convention award submissions close at midnight MT.
April 16
Deadline for all Convention registration scholarships.
April 23
Deadline for chapters selected to receive a scholarship to be notified.
May 14
Deadline for early registration pricing. Price will increase by $50 per attendee after this date.
May 16
Delegate credentials due. Collegiate and alumnae chapters must submit their delegate and alternate delegate names to International Headquarters.
June 10
Final registration date.
June 12
Deadline to book your hotel room at the Omni Louisville Hotel (subject to availability).
June 16
Deadline for collegiate and alumnae chapters to achieve financial good standing (required to vote at Convention).
June 24
No further modifications will be accepted to your online registration. Any modifications after this date must be emailed to Karima Soliman.
