General Attendee Full Attendance
$850 by May 14
Anyone can register at the general attendee full registration rate. This rate will allow you admission to all events, including business sessions, ritual and all meals. This rate also includes a Convention t-shirt, registration bag and Confirmed Conventioneers hat. Please note that hotel and transportation costs are not included in this rate. A $50 late fee will be added after May 14.
General Attendee Partial Attendance
Prices Vary – $50 late fee will be added after May 14
This is a build-your-own option, so prices will vary depending on which experience you choose. The partial attendance option does not include anything other than the ticketed item (see list below) that you purchase. Please note that hotel and transportation costs are not included in this rate. A $50 late fee added after May 14.
International Volunteer Full Attendance
Invitation only – $925 by May 14
International volunteers can register for full attendance at Convention at a subsidized rate. This rate includes double occupancy at the Convention hotel for three nights and admission to all ticketed meals, general sessions, the keynote address and ritual events. This rate also includes a registration bag. The rate does not include a Convention t-shirt or Confirmed Conventioneers hat. These must be purchased separately. Transportation is also not included in this rate. A roommate must be identified at the time of booking, or you may request to be paired up at random or pay for a single room option. A $50 late fee will be added after May 14. Please note: This rate is for international volunteers only and does not include chapter advisors and advisory boards, alumnae chapter volunteers or affiliated house corporation volunteers. The $100 meal credit has been applied to this registration fee.
International Volunteer Partial Attendance
Invitation only – $400 by May 14
International volunteers can register for partial attendance at Convention at a subsidized rate. Your rate includes double occupancy at the Convention hotel for three nights and admission to all general sessions, the keynote address and ritual events. This rate also includes a $100 meal credit to use toward the ticketed event of your choosing and a registration bag. Transportation and additional meal tickets are not included in this rate. A $50 late fee will be added after May 14. Please note: This rate is for international volunteers only and does not include chapter advisors and advisory boards, alumnae chapter volunteers or affiliated house corporation volunteers.

Other add-on options allow you to:
- Add a single room for international volunteers – $450 (for three nights)

- Purchase a Life Loyal membership – Initiated in 1975 or after, $375/initiated 1976 or before, $250
- Pre-purchase hats and/or hat decor for Confirmed Conventioneers (you may also purchase these on-site)

- Glitter Carnations – $3 each
- Undecorated Hat – $10 each

Scholarships
The Sorority is offering five $850 registration scholarships for collegiate chapters needing financial assistance. These funds will be applied to the full attendance of a collegiate member or chapter advisor. Delegates and alternates are not eligible to apply for a Sorority-funded scholarship. Selected applicants will be provided with a complimentary code once selections are made.
New this year, a Foundation donor has graciously offered three Convention scholarships for alumnae chapter delegates valued at $1,000 per scholarship. Funds should be used to cover general attendee full registration cost with the remaining funds to be allocated toward travel expenses. Selected alumnae delegates will be sent the funds directly to apply toward Convention expenses.
In addition, the Foundation has a special endowment that will be available for one collegiate chapter delegate. The selected recipient will receive $1,200 to be used to cover general attendee full registration cost with the remaining funds to be allocated toward travel expenses. The selected collegiate delegate will be sent the funds directly to apply toward Convention expenses.
All scholarship applications are due by Thursday, April 16. Selected recipients will be notified by Thursday, April 23.
Registration Closing:
Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. MT on Wednesday, June 10. Late registrations will be subject to a $50 late fee. All fees must be paid by credit card at the time of registration. Registrants with outstanding funds owed will not be allowed to participate until the registration cost is paid in full.
Refund Policy:
A $50 cancellation fee for any Convention registration fees or purchases will apply after June 10.
Cancellations after June 24 are subject to a 50% penalty. Cancellations after July 8 are subject to a 100% penalty.
No exceptions will be made to these refund policies.
Registration Substitution:
Click here and select “Already Registered?” at the top of the page. Enter the email and confirmation number that you received with your original registration. At the bottom of the page, you will see a “Substitute Registration button.” Click this and then you will then be prompted to enter the new attendee for information. Make sure to either work in tandem with the new attendee or forward these instructions to complete the substitution on their own. This will ensure we collect accurate attendee information for the new registrant. All substitutions should be made by June 24. Any late substitutions will need to be managed by contacting Karima Soliman.
