Convention Accommodations
Gamma Phi Beta is excited to host our 82nd Convention at the Omni Louisville Hotel (400 S. 2nd Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40202). With the exception of international volunteers, all attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel room directly with the Omni Louisville Hotel. Come early or stay late to experience everything Louisville has to offer.
Hotel Booking Information

Room Rates: $259 + tax per night for a standard king or queen/queen room.
Checking-In/-Out: Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. A valid credit card is required upon check-in to cover all expenses charged to your room. If using a debit card, the hotel will place a daily monetary hold for your incidentals of approximately $100 per day. The hotel will do their best to accommodate requests for early arrivals or late departures and fees to accommodate these requests may apply. The Omni is happy to provide luggage storage.
Extending Your Stay: Arrive early or stay late to experience all that Louisville has to offer. Our room rate is subject to availability. Room rates may change before or after the designated dates and availability is subject to hotel inventory.
Hotel Reservation Deadline: All reservations must be made by Friday, June 12 to guarantee the hotel room block rate. Reservations made after this date will be subject to the hotel’s current available rate.
Please note that all guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to a room. If you are not 21 please ensure your chapter advisor is with you at check-in and can provide an ID. If you are not traveling with an advisor, a staff member will be assigned as an onsite point of contact to assist with the check-in process.
International Volunteer Hotel Booking Information
- International Headquarters will make all hotel reservations for current international volunteers that register at the volunteer attendance rate. International volunteers should not contact the hotel for accommodations.
- All who register for the international volunteer attendance rate will be booked in a double occupancy room unless you purchase a single room add-on during registration. Please be prepared to list your roommate preference during registration. Roommates will be matched according to mutually requested individuals, so please confer with your preferred roommate in advance. We will utilize the roommate requests to match roommates and if your request does not match or is left blank, we will not follow-up and you will be paired at random.
- If you intend to arrive early or stay late, you must email date preferences to Director of Conferences and Meetings Page Adams by June 1. The cost of additional nights at the hotel is your responsibility and will be billed on-site. All requests are limited and subject to availability.
- If you would like to be paired with a non-volunteer, please pay for a single room and note in the special requests section that you would like a double room and to be paired with attendee (insert first name and last name)
Event Check-In
Stop by the Convention registration desk, located on the 2nd floor of the Omni Hotel, to pick up your registration materials and check in. Registration will open on Wednesday, July 15 and Thursday, July 16.
Hours are as follows:
- Wednesday, July 15 from noon to 7 p.m. ET
- Thursday, July 16 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
If you arrive at Convention on Friday, July 17 or Saturday, July 18 all registration materials can be picked up at the Help Desk.
Hotel Spa
The Mokara Spa onsite at the Omni Louisville Hotel is happy to extend a 10% spa discount for our group from July 15-20. Simply mention the group name (Gamma Phi Beta Convention) when scheduling your reservation to receive the discount.

For your convenience, Omni Louisville Hotel will offer complimentary basic Wi-Fi in all guest rooms.
