REAL Leadership Academy
REAL Leadership Academy (RLA) is back and will take place January 16-18, 2026, in St. Louis, Missouri, at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel.
REAL Leadership Academy is Gamma Phi Beta’s in-person leadership event designed exclusively for incoming collegiate chapter presidents and chapter advisors. Participation in this event is required and will equip leaders with the tools needed to create lasting change at their chapters and within international Gamma Phi Beta.
- Registration opens September 25, 2025.
- Registration closes December 17, 2025.
- A $50 late fee will be added after December 17, 2025.
- All registrations are fully refundable until December 17, 2025. Any cancellations after that date will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. After December 31, registrations are 100% non-refundable.
Registration Fees
- Chapter President (Double Occupancy): $500
- Chapter Advisor (Double Occupancy): $500
- Chapter Advisor (Single Occupancy): $650
- International Volunteer (Double Occupancy): Complimentary
- International Volunteer (Single Occupancy): $150
Pricing for your RLA weekend includes:
- Two-nights double occupancy at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel.
- Complimentary airport shuttle to/from St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
- The following meals: Friday: dinner; Saturday: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner; Sunday: breakfast.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms and meeting space.
- Complimentary parking.
- Customized workforce programming.

- Airfare
- Travel expenses (airport parking, fuel, meals while traveling, etc.)

All newly elected chapter presidents and primary chapter advisors are required to attend RLA 2026.Why should I attend?
