2012: The Facilities Management Company (FMC)

Between classes, study time and sorority life, young women in college have enough demands on their time without worrying about their housing. The dedicated volunteers that make up Gamma Phi Beta’s affiliated house corporations for years have dealt with all the issues that arise from property ownership. In June 2012, Gamma Phi Beta organized the Facilities Management Company, LLC (FMC) to take on those responsibilities. The FMC provides services to all Gamma Phi Beta affiliated house corporations (AHCs) – whether the facility is a university-owned dormitory or chapter house – that range from property management to assistance with renovation projects to fiscal planning to maintaining facility finances. International Headquarters staff was expanded to handle the current facility needs and ensure safe, inviting facilities.
