Recruitment Summit is designed to help develop your chapter’s recruitment strategy, where you will walk away with tools for recruitment workshops, public relations success and recruitment planning. This collaborative event strives to strengthen our campus recruitment efforts and provide you and your collegians with resources and tools for your recruitment preparations!
Recruitment Summit will be back again February 26-28, 2027, in St. Louis, Missouri! We’ll announce more details, including pricing, event schedule, and more, in Fall 2026. Stay tuned!
What will I gain from attending?
This event is your opportunity to connect with volunteers and staff who support recruitment within Gamma Phi Beta while gaining practical insight into how to better assist the chapter(s) you work with. Through brainstorming sessions and training workshops, you’ll have the opportunity to dream, plan, and prepare for future recruitment needs, while also refreshing your understanding of today’s recruitment landscape and identifying what collegians will need moving forward.
Who is expected to attend?
All 2027 incoming membership vice presidents, recruitment advisors and invited international volunteers are required to attend Recruitment Summit. Please ensure all membership vice president candidates understand this commitment during this fall’s election process.
