Registration
The Recruitment Summit will take place February 26-28, 2027, in St. Louis, Missouri, at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel.
- Registration opens October 22, 2026.
- Registration closes on January 29, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. MT.
- Registrations after January 29 will incur a $50 late fee. Cancellations after January 29 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All registrations are refundable until February 19, 2027. After February 19, registrations are 100% nonrefundable.

- Membership vice president (MVP) (Double occupancy): $500
- Recruitment advisor (Double occupancy): $500
- Recruitment advisor (Single occupancy): $650
- International volunteer (Double occupancy): Complimentary
- International volunteer (Single occupancy): $150
- Invited public relations vice president (PRVP) (Double occupancy): Complimentary
Pricing Includes:
- Two nights double occupancy at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel
- Complimentary airport shuttle to/from St. Louis Lambert International Airport
- The following meals: Friday: dinner; Saturday: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner; Sunday: breakfast
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms and meeting space
- Complimentary parking
- Customized workforce programming
Not included in the price:
- Airfare
- Travel expenses (airport parking, fuel, meals while traveling, etc.)
*Invited international volunteers can submit for reimbursement for these items according to the workforce expense policy found here.
Will scholarships be available?
Yes, thanks to our generous Foundation donors, registration and travel scholarships are available for Recruitment Summit 2027. Scholarships will be awarded based on chapter financial need.
Click here to apply for a Recruitment Summit registration and/or travel scholarship. All submissions are due by December 3, 2026. Selected participants will be notified by December 10. If selected, further instructions will be provided for redemption of the registration and/or travel scholarship.
Scholarships are open to both MVPs and recruitment advisors, but chapters only need to apply once. We encourage chapters experiencing financial barriers to attendance to apply.
Attendee Registration Guidelines
Please note that an invitation to register for Recruitment Summit assumes your attendance for the entire event. Partial attendance will not be approved. All attendees are required to stay at the event hotel; no exceptions will be made. Please make sure to read through all the information before filling out the registration form.
Cancellation Policy
All Recruitment Summit cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to International Headquarters (IH). Please send written requests to Conferences and Meetings Manager Karima Soliman. Cancellations after January 29, 2027, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. After February 19, 2027, registrations are 100% nonrefundable. No exceptions.
