Flight Bookings
All attendees should plan to fly to St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) on Friday, February 26, 2027, before 4 p.m. All flights to Recruitment Summit are at the expense of your chapter.
Please note: If you select an optional afternoon session on Friday, you will need to adjust your arrival time accordingly.
The Recruitment Summit will conclude at noon on Sunday, February 28. Please book your return flight so that your departure is on Sunday, February 28, after 1:30 p.m. Drivers may depart at the end of the event.

Southwest Airlines is pleased to offer Recruitment Summit 2027 attendees discounted fares. To utilize the discount, book via SWABIZ® using this link. Discount is valid for travel February 26-28.
Airport Arrival and Departure
The Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle from STL.
Once you land and pick up your baggage, please call 314.429.1100. The operator will ask what airline you flew in on and then direct you to either East Terminal Door 16 or Main Terminal Door 18 for pickup. Both doors are near the baggage claim area. Parking
The Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel is pleased to offer complimentary parking for all Recruitment Summit attendees. A comp code will be provided in the pre-event email.
Parking Instructions are as follows:
- When you arrive at the hotel to park, you will scan a QR code in the parking lot.
- Enter your phone number, vehicle plate number and state.
- Enter how long you will park your vehicle.
- When prompted for a validation code, you will enter the comp code provided in advance.
- Agree to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Click START PARKING SESSION.
