Flight Bookings
All attendees should plan to fly to St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) on Friday, February 27, 2026, before 4 p.m. All flights to Recruitment Summit are at the expense of your chapter or are your personal responsibility. International volunteers may expense their flight to IH for reimbursement.
Please note: If you select an optional afternoon session on Friday, you will need to arrive by 1:30 p.m.
The Recruitment Summit will conclude at 12:15 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, 2026. Please book your return flight so that your departure is on Sunday, March 1 after 1:30 p.m. Drivers may depart at the end of the event.
