Registration
REAL Leadership Academy (RLA) will take place January 8-10, 2027, in Dallas, Texas, at the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport Hotel.
- Registration opens September 17, 2026.
- Registration closes December 10.
- A $50 late fee will be added after December 10.
- All registrations are fully refundable until December 17. Any cancellations after that date will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. After December 31, registrations are 100% nonrefundable.
Registration Fees
- Chapter president (double occupancy): $500
- Chapter advisor (double occupancy): $500
- Chapter advisor (single occupancy): $675
- International volunteer (double occupancy): Complimentary
- International volunteer (single occupancy): $175
Pricing Includes:
- Two nights double occupancy at the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport Hotel.
- Complimentary airport shuttle to/from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (based on availability).
- The following meals: Friday: dinner; Saturday: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner; Sunday: breakfast.
- Complimentary basic Wi-Fi in guest rooms and meeting space.
- Complimentary parking for hotel guests.
- Customized workforce programming.
Not Included in the Price:
- Airfare
- Travel meals (airport parking, fuel, meals while traveling, etc.)
*Invited international volunteers can submit for reimbursement for these items according to the workforce expense policy found here.
Attendee Registration Guidelines
Please note that an invitation to register for RLA assumes your attendance for the entire event. Partial attendance will not be approved. All attendees are required to stay at the event hotel; no exceptions will be made. Please make sure to read through all the information before filling out the registration form.
Cancellation Policy
All RLA cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to International Headquarters (IH). Please send written requests to Conferences and Meetings Manager Karima Soliman before December 17, 2026. All registrations are fully refundable until December 17. Any cancellations after that date will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. After December 31, registrations are 100% nonrefundable. No exceptions.
