Flight Bookings
All attendees should plan to fly into Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) on Friday, January 8, 2027, before 4 p.m. All flights to RLA are at the expense of your chapter or are your personal responsibility. International volunteers may expense their flights to IH for reimbursement.
Please note: If you select an optional afternoon session on Friday, you will need to adjust your arrival time accordingly.
RLA will conclude at noon on Sunday, January 10. Please book your return flight so that your departure is on Sunday, January 10, after 1:30 p.m. Drivers may depart at the end of the event.

The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport Hotel provides a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle to and from DFW. When you arrive at DFW Airport, proceed as follows:
1. Retrieve your luggage from the baggage claim area first.
2. Call the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport Hotel directly at 972.929.4500. A Service Express Operator will schedule your pickup. Be sure to give your first and last name and the terminal/gate where you are located.
3. Proceed downstairs to the shuttle bus pick up area. Look for the signs marked “Courtesy Vans.” Below are the marked locations within the terminals for pickup:
- A10 or A35
- B6 or B46
- C19
- D1 or D29
- E10 or E31
You will be looking for a white shuttle and/or van marked “Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport.”
4. There will be others waiting for different shuttles at these locations so when you see the shuttle be sure and wave to the driver so they know to stop for you. Please allow up to 30 minutes for airport pickup.5. Departures from the hotel to the airport will run at the top of every hour.
