Attendee Registration Guidelines
All attendees for RLC 2020 should be officers on your chapter’s newly-elected executive council. Please wait until your elections are held before you have your attendees register. No substitutions for executive council members will be accepted. Each attendee needs to register themselves to ensure accurate information is obtained. Do not register someone else on their behalf. If the RLC registration deadline is prior to your elections, please contact Conference and Meeting Manager Sara Chojnacki for additional instructions.
A pre-event webinar was held October 22. If you missed it, we highly recommend at least one newly elected chapter officer and the advisor who will be attending your RLC watch this recording prior to the close of your RLC registration. This is an informative session on registration, travel, onsite logistics and expectations, and will be helpful in making sure that you are prepared for the event. Click here to listen now!
All RLC cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to International Headquarters, at least two-weeks prior to the RLC for which you are registered. After the two-week cutoff, registration fees are 100% non-refundable. Please send written requests to Director of Conferences and Meetings Page Adams.
We can’t wait to see you at RLC 2020! Click here to register today! The deadline to register is January 23, 2020.
