RLE Transporation
Flights
Flights to/from Seattle, Washington are the responsibility of you or your chapter. Please plan to land no later than 3 p.m. PT on Thursday, June 18 and depart Sunday, June 21 after 2 p.m. PT. You will need to book your flights to arrive and depart from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
Before booking your flight, email flight details to Director of Conferences and Meetings Page Adams for approval. All flights must be approved prior to booking. If you are having issues or problems finding appropriate travel times or flights that meet chapter cost guidelines, email Page Adams for assistance. If you would like to apply for an airfare scholarship, please refer to the RLE FAQ page for more information.
All flights must be booked, with flight details entered in the registration system, by May 29. No exceptions will be made.
If you are driving, please indicate this when you register.
Airport Transfers
Transfers from SEA will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Attendees will be provided with transfer instructions in the pre-event email that will go out the week prior to RLE. Transfer costs will be covered by Gamma Phi Beta.
Parking
For those who plan to drive to RLE, complimentary parking is provided at the chapter facility.
