Mark your calendars now and save the date for Recruitment Summit 2027 in St. Louis, Missouri! Recruitment Summit will be held at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel from February 26-28, 2027.
At this year's Recruitment Summit, you will develop your chapter’s recruitment strategy and walk away with tools for recruitment workshops, public relations success and recruitment planning. This collaborative event strives to strengthen our campus recruitment efforts and provide you and your collegians with resources and tools for your recruitment preparations!
You won’t want to miss this year’s event!
- Registration opens October 22, 2026.
- Registration closes on January 29, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. MST.
- Registrations after January 29 will incur a $50 late fee. Cancellations after January 29 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All registrations are refundable until February 19, 2027. After February 19, registrations are 100% nonrefundable.

- International volunteer (Double occupancy): Complimentary
- International volunteer (Single occupancy): $150

Pricing Includes:
- Two nights double occupancy at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel
- Complimentary airport shuttle to/from St. Louis Lambert International Airport
- The following meals:
- Friday: dinner; Saturday: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner; Sunday: breakfast
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms and meeting space

What is not included in the price?
- Airfare
- Travel expenses (airport parking, fuel, meals while traveling, etc.)
Who should attend?
Recruitment advisors, MVPs, Panhellenic recruitment supervisors, recruitment team leader, Panhellenic team leader and our chief Panhellenic officer are invited to attend. In the event a chapter does not have a recruitment advisor, another advisor may attend in their place.
New this year, we will also be inviting a small cohort of PRVPs from a select group of chapters. These PRVPs will be taking part in a pilot program that will help to inform our Recruitment Summit programming in future years. Attendance will be complimentary and will be by invitation only.

Will scholarships be available?
Yes, thanks to our generous Foundation donors, registration and travel scholarships will be available for Recruitment Summit 2027. Scholarships will be awarded based on chapter financial need.
Scholarship applications will open on October 22 and close on December 3. Applicants selected to receive a scholarship will be notified by December 10.
Applications are open to both Membership Vice Presidents and Recruitment Advisors. We encourage chapters experiencing financial barriers to attendance to apply.
