Recruitment Summit
Recruitment Summit will take place February 27-March 1, 2026, in St. Louis, Missouri, at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel.
At this year's Recruitment Summit, you will develop your chapter’s recruitment strategy and walk away with tools for recruitment workshops, public relations success and recruitment planning. This collaborative event strives to strengthen our campus recruitment efforts and provide you and your collegians with resources and tools for your recruitment preparations!
- Registration opens November 6, 2025.
- Registration closes on January 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. MT.
- A $50 late fee will be added after January 30, 2026.
- All registrations are fully refundable until January 30, 2026. Any cancellations after January 30, 2026, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. After February 13, 2026, registrations are 100% non-refundable.
Who should attend?
Recruitment advisors, membership vice presidents, Panhellenic recruitment supervisors, recruitment team leader, Panhellenic team leader and our chief Panhellenic officer are invited to attend. If a chapter doesn’t have a recruitment advisor, another advisor may attend in their place.

What are the costs to attend?
The chapter budget should cover the cost for membership vice presidents and recruitment advisors to attend Recruitment Summit. Thanks to the generosity of two Gamma Phi Beta Foundation donors, we’re once again able to offer a 60% reduced registration fee. Chapter expenses associated with the event include a $200 per attendee registration fee, airfare/transportation expenses and associated travel expenses such as airport parking, fuel and meals while traveling.Registration Fees

- International Volunteer (Double Occupancy): Complimentary
- International Volunteer (Single Occupancy): $150
Pricing for your Recruitment Summit weekend includes:
- Two-nights double occupancy at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel.
- Complimentary airport shuttle to/from St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
- The following meals: Friday: dinner; Saturday: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner; Sunday: breakfast.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms and meeting space.
- Complimentary parking.
- Customized workforce programming.
