Recruitment Summit 

Recruitment Summit is back for the first time since 2017 and will take place on February 28-March 2, 2025, in St. Louis, Missouri, at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel. At this revamped Recruitment Summit, you will develop your chapter’s recruitment strategy and walk away with tools for recruitment workshops, public relations success and recruitment planning. This collaborative event strives to strengthen our campus recruitment efforts and provide you and your collegians with resources and tools for your recruitment preparations!

Recruitment Summit will be held concurrently with the Housing and Facilities Conference (HFC), giving Facilities Management Company and recruitment volunteers an opportunity to interact and socialize during group meals. You won’t want to miss this year’s event!

  • Registration opens November 22, 2024.
  • Registration closes on February 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. MST.
  • A $50 late fee will be added after February 7, 2025.
  • All registrations are fully refundable until February 21, 2024. After this date, registrations are 100% non-refundable.

Recruitment Advisor (Double Occupancy): $500
Recruitment Advisor (Single Occupancy): $650
Invited International Volunteers (Double Occupancy): Complimentary
Invited International Volunteers (Single Occupancy): $150

Pricing for your Recruitment Summit weekend includes: 

  • Two nights double occupancy at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel.
  • Complimentary airport shuttle to/from St. Louis Lambert International Airport
  • Customized workforce programming. 
  • Complimentary enhanced Wi-Fi in guest rooms and meeting space
      • The following meals: Friday: Dinner, Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner, Sunday: Breakfast and lunch to go.

*International Volunteers will be reimbursed for all travel expenses according to our workforce expense travel policy.

Who should attend?

Recruitment advisors, Panhellenic recruitment supervisors, recruitment team leaders, Panhellenic team leaders and our chief Panhellenic officer are invited to attend. In the event a chapter does not have a recruitment advisor, the chapter advisor may attend in their place.
