Beta Omega Chapter (Northern Arizona)
Beta Omega Chapter was installed at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, on February 15, 1958.
Gamma Phi Beta became the first national sorority to enter the Northern Arizona University campus when the local society, Gamma Chi Beta, was installed. The group was under the supervision of Katharine Quisenberry Atterberry (Missouri-Columbia, 1922), and the Initiation was conducted by Beta Kappa Chapter (Arizona State). The charter was presented by Grand President* Elizabeth Fee Arnold (Colorado State, 1923) to 24 collegians and 10 alumnae initiates.
*Grand President is now known as International President.
