Pricing

Events for the weekend are customizable and prices will vary depending on which experience you choose. What is included in your registration depends on the individual items you have selected to participate in over the weekend. Registration fees do not include airfare/mileage, hotel accommodations, transportation, parking, meals or alcohol.

A full refund will be available until one week before the event. Refunds will not be available after July 26, 2024.

Friday, August 2

Dine-Around Dinners – For those interested in dining with a group and making sisterly connections, this is the option for you. We have considered various restaurants and price points to meet every budget and taste. Purchase your dine-around ticket as a solo or with others, but don’t delay, as these options are limited and will sell out! Once they are filled, we will not be adding more options.

Fine Dining at The Guild House (624 North High Street Columbus, OH 43215)
Don’t miss your chance to dine at this delicious Cameron Mitchell restaurant featuring creative American cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. Located only 0.5 miles from the Hilton Columbus Downtown, this exclusive experience is not to be missed!

  • Ticket Price: $150
  • Your ticket includes a selection of starters for the table, choice of soup or salad, entree and dessert.
  • Alcohol and transportation are not included. Gratuity and non-alcoholic beverages are included in the ticket price.

Casual Dining at Bakersfield Short North (733 North High Street Columbus, OH 43215)

Join your sisters at Bakersfield Short North to experience a Columbus favorite known for their authentic Mexican street fare. This dine-around option is conveniently located only a half mile from the Hilton Columbus downtown.

  • Ticket Price: $26
  • Your ticket includes chips and dips for the table, salad and a selection of tacos!
  • Alcohol and transportation are not included. Gratuity and non-alcoholic beverages are included in the ticket price.


Saturday, August 3
Segway Tours of Columbus
Enjoy the thrill of riding on a Segway while you discover the charm and history of Columbus. During this two-hour tour, you will explore miles of peaceful parkland along the Scioto River, the thriving Short North arts district and the vibrant Arena District and historic downtown. Along the way you will be entertained with fascinating and humorous stories about Ohio’s capital city by your personal tour guide.
  • Cost: $59
  • This excursion is not ADA accessible. A waiver and release form are required to participate.
  • Transportation is not included.
Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens
Join your sisters and a private docent for a tour of the indoor and outdoor gardens and exhibits at Ohio’s premier botanical gardens. The experience spans 13 acres where you will experience botanical biomes, lush gardens and seasonal exhibits. A collection of Dale Chihuly glass works is also on display and included with your admission. The gardens are about three miles from Hilton Columbus Downtown.
  • Cost: $20
  • Transportation is not included. 
Short North Arts District Art Trail
Enjoy a walk through the Short North Arts District with your sisters and a volunteer leader as you explore public art, galleries and performance art spaces in the Art and Soul of Columbus. You will be able to download a mobile pass that will allow you to check-in at various locations to receive information about the art along your journey.
  • Cost: Free
  • This excursion requires a mobile device and a reasonable level of fitness as you will be walking.
  • Transportation is not included.
Beta Xi Reception

Please join us for a special open house at Beta Xi's chapter facility to celebrate their new home at The Ohio State University! 

  • Cost: $25
  • Facility tours and refreshments will be available. Attendees may come and go as they please between 2-3:30 p.m.

150th Celebration Gala
Our evening gala will be held at the Hilton Columbus Downtown in the George Bellows Ballroom.
  • Cost: $65 
  • Your ticket includes our celebration program, keynote speaker, Traveling Exhibit, gala and post-reception with dueling pianos and a cash bar from 9-11 p.m.
