Accommodations
Gamma Phi Beta is elated to offer a courtesy room block at Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley (1075 California Blvd., Napa, California 94559) or a 10% discount at the UpValley Inn & Hot Springs (1865 Lincoln Ave., Calistoga, CA, 94515). Everyone is responsible for booking their own hotel room directly with their preferred hotel. Come early or stay late to experience everything Napa Valley has to offer.

- Room Rates: $269 + tax per night for a Traditional King or double room.
- Checking-In/-Out: Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is noon. A valid credit card is required upon check-in to cover all expenses charged to your room. If using a debit card, the hotel will place a daily monetary hold for your incidentals. The hotel will do their best to accommodate requests for early arrivals or late departures and is happy to provide luggage storage.
- Hotel Reservation Deadline: All reservations must be made with the hotel by Tuesday December 11, 2023, to guarantee the group rate. Reservations made after this date will be subject to the hotel’s current available rate.
- Parking: A parking fee of $20 per vehicle, per night will be charged for any onsite parking.

- Discount: A 10% discount will be applied toward the best available rates that are published at the time guests book their reservations for a Traditional King or Queen/Queen room.
- Checking-In/-Out: Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. A valid credit card is required upon check-in to cover all expenses charged to your room. If using a debit card, the hotel will place a daily monetary hold for your incidentals. The hotel will do their best to accommodate requests for early arrivals or late departures and is happy to provide luggage storage.
- Hotel Reservation Deadline: All reservations must be made with the hotel by December 27, 2023, to guarantee the group rate. Reservations made after this date will be subject to the hotel’s current available rate. Any special requests must be made at the time the reservation is created and are subject to availability. Standard cancellation and deposit policies will apply.
Event Check-In
Stop by the Gamma Phi Beta registration desk at the Embassy Suites to pick up your materials and check-in. Registration hours are noon to 6 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. Check-in will also be available onsite at the event venue (CIA at Greystone) on Saturday starting at 5 p.m.

Event venue information
Our Saturday evening gala is being held at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at Greystone. The CIA at Greystone began as Greystone Cellars, built in 1889 as a gravity-flow cooperative winery serving upper Napa Valley grape growers, and was once the largest stone winery in the world. Purchased by the Christian Brothers in 1950, it then was used to increase production of wines, brandies and ports. The CIA acquired the Greystone building in 1993 and the campus opened its doors in 1995, offering classes for food and wine professionals from around the world. The past comes alive all around you in Greystone’s main building, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
One of Napa Valley’s grandest spaces, the Barrel Room features 2,000-gallon Redwood wine barrels, exposed stone walls and wooden beams. The room’s layout and design create a truly dramatic indoor venue. We are so excited to host our gala dinner in the beautiful space.
Travel
All attendees are responsible for booking their own travel to and from Napa Valley and transportation throughout the weekend. Gamma Phi Beta is not responsible for travel buddy arrangements or agreements.
