Hotel Booking
During registration, you will be asked to select your registration type. Your registration type will dictate your registration fees and your room type (either a king or queen/queen room).Hotel Roommates
All rooms are based on double occupancy unless you have registered and paid for a single room. Single rooms are only available for chapter advisors and international volunteers.
All chapter presidents will be booked in a double occupancy room with another chapter president.
Chapter advisors and international volunteers will have the opportunity to request a roommate. If you select a roommate who does not register or if you leave this section blank during the registration process, you will be assigned a roommate at random. We will do our best to honor all matching roommate requests. If your roommate request does not match, you will be paired at random. All roommate requests must be submitted by December 14, 2026. No changes will be made after this date.
On-site Check-in and Registration
Upon arrival, please check in at the hotel front desk to get your room assignment. Hotel check-in is at 3 p.m. A valid credit/debit card will be requested to cover incidentals such as phone calls, room service, etc. The hotel will place a daily monetary hold of $50 per day on each credit/debit card.
Please note that all guests must be 21 years of age to check into their room. If you are not 21, please ensure your chapter advisor is with you at check-in and can provide an ID. If you are not traveling with an advisor, a staff member will be assigned as an on-site point of contact to assist with the check-in process.
After checking in, please stop by the RLA registration desk located on the ground floor in the conference space foyer. Registration desk hours vary daily.
