Accommodations

Gamma Phi Beta is elated to host the Coast-to-Coast Celebration in Long Beach at The Westin Long Beach (333 E. Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, CA 90802). Everyone is responsible for booking their own hotel room directly with The Westin Long Beach. Come early or stay late to experience everything Long Beach has to offer.

Event Check-In

Stop by the Gamma Phi Beta registration desk to pick up your materials and check-in. Registration hours are noon to 6 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday.    

Hotel Wi-Fi

For your convenience, The Westin Long Beach Hotel is pleased to offer complimentary basic Wi-Fi in all guest rooms.

Travel

All attendees are responsible for booking their own travel to and from Long Beach and transportation throughout the weekend. Gamma Phi Beta is not responsible for travel buddy arrangements or agreements.

The Westin Long Beach Hotel does not provide an airport shuttle service.

Airport

The closest airport to the reception hotel is the Long Beach Airport (LGB), 4100 Donald Douglas Dr., Long Beach, CA 90808. Other airports that are relatively close are John Wayne Airport-Orange County (SNA) and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).  

Long Beach Airport to Westin Long Beach

Distance to hotel: Approximately 18 minutes (6 miles)

  • Taxi: $25 one way
  • Rideshare: $25 to $35 one way
  • Public Transport (Bus): $2.5

Driving directions:

  • Head east on Donald Douglas Drive toward North Lakewood Boulevard.
  • Turn right onto North Lakewood Boulevard.
  • Slight right toward CA-1 North.
  • Turn left onto Orange Avenue and continue onto Alamitos Avenue.
  • Turn right onto East Ocean Boulevard and the hotel will be on the right.

Parking

Hotel parking is available at the prevailing rates and is subject to change.

  • Overnight guest parking rates per car are $35 for self-parking and $37 for valet parking.
  • Discounted event day guest parking rates are $10 for self-parking and $15 for valet parking.
