- Wednesday, July 15: Noon - 5 p.m.
- Thursday, July 16: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Friday, July 17: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Saturday, July 18: 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Show your favorite Gamma Phis how much you care by sending a Heart!
Your gift empowers sisters all over the world to be their best selves and achieve their dreams. Each Heart you purchase supports Gamma Phi Beta sisters by providing funding for leadership training, scholarships, emergency grants and more.
How Does It Work?
When you purchase a Heart, honorees will receive an email notification with a virtual heart and a message from you.
Convention Attendees
If your honoree(s) are attending Convention, their Hearts stickers will be given to them in person, so they can wear them with pride.
- Hearts sent by July 1 will be added to registration packets.
- Hearts sent after July 1 will be available for pick up in the Foundation room.
FAQ:
Can I purchase multiple Hearts for multiple people in one transaction?You can purchase up to 25 Hearts in one transaction for each Heart color. If you would like to purchase different colored Hearts, there is a separate link for each type of Heart.
Can I purchase pink, gold and silver Hearts in one transaction?
If you would like to purchase different colored Hearts, there is a separate link for each type of Heart.
Opportunity Drawing
Feeling lucky? Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, sisters and friends of Gamma Phi Beta, the Foundation Room will be filled with fabulous items such as jewelry, gift certificates, electronics, Sorority merchandise and other exciting treasures that you can win at our famous Opportunity Drawing! Each Convention registrant receives one free ticket in their welcome packet to participate in the drawing. Additional tickets can be purchased in the Foundation Room for only $5 each. Funds raised will help provide scholarships, grants and educational opportunities for Gamma Phi Beta sisters.

Silent Auction
Members and friends of Gamma Phi Beta will also have the opportunity to bid online on a few special items such as jewelry, gift certificates, vacations and more. While Convention participants can view items in the Foundation Room, bidders do not have to be present at Convention to place online bids. The auction will open on July 10 and will close on July 18. An auction link will be provided at a later date. Items can be picked up at Convention or shipped to winners.
