Facilities Management Company (FMC) Board of Managers

The Board of Managers supports the work of the FMC and provides mission-based leadership and strategic governance. Board members develop policies, procedures and regulations for the operation of the FMC and monitor and evaluate the FMC’s finances, programs and performance.


Jennifer Moody Ogden (Texas Tech)

Jennifer Moody Ogden is serving her first term as the Facilities Management Company (FMC) Board of Managers Chairwoman. Jennifer was initiated at Delta Epsilon Chapter (Texas Wesleyan) and graduated from Texas Tech University with B.A. in political science and the University of North Texas with a M.S. in accounting. 

Jennifer is a seasoned healthcare strategist and leads the provider network and community planning practice at ECG Management Consultants, a global partner of Siemens Healthineers. Her work focuses on developing primary care and physician workforce strategies for healthcare systems. She also co-founded, led and sold an international design and manufacturing business in the craft industry. 

Within Gamma Phi Beta, Jennifer previously served in many volunteer roles including the Sorority's director of financial analysis, regional coordinator, Delta Epsilon (Texas Wesleyan) chapter advisor, Zeta Chi (Texas Christian) affiliated house corporation (AHC) treasurer, Greater Fort Worth Alumnae Chapter president, Taking a Stand program facilitator and as a member of the Foundation's Financial Aid Sub-Committee. She’s also an 1874 Society member. 

Jennifer is an avid volunteer and is the past chair of the Board of Managers for Texas YMCA Youth and Government, a program focusing on experiential democracy for teens. She also helped found and co-led the Texas YMCA Model UN program for its first four years. The two programs together host more than 2,500 students at their top-level conferences annually. Jennifer received the highest annual volunteer award with Texas YMCA Youth and Government and the highest annual Texas Model UN volunteer award was named in her honor. Jennifer has previously served on boards for Girls on the Run DFW, Texas Girls Choir, Fort Worth YMCA and Texas Tech Alumni Association. 

Jennifer resides in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband Jim, and when she is not traveling, she enjoys spending time with their three great pyrenees, collecting cookbooks, baking and working on needlepoint projects.

Amy Apostol (Iowa)

Amy Apostol joined Gamma Phi Beta as a member of the Rho Chapter at the University of Iowa.  She holds a B.A. degree in English from the University of Iowa and a J.D. degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She is a longtime Sorority volunteer and has assisted with both collegiate and alumnae operations. Her volunteer roles include chapter advisor, affiliated house corporation (AHC) board member, regional director, Discipline (Membership Review) Committee, and the Technology Advisory Committee. 

Amy currently supports legal, risk, and compliance activities for a boutique national security and defense consulting firm in the Washington, D.C. area.  Throughout her professional career as an attorney, she has worked extensively on national security matters, including personnel security and cybersecurity. Some highlights of her experience are working on high-profile federal court litigation, helping to create and establish a new federal entity for performing background investigations, supporting the development of responsible and effective legislation and providing legal advice and guidance to senior leaders of federal government agencies in both the executive and legislative branches. Amy is also an adjunct professor for Albany Law School’s master’s program in cybersecurity and data privacy.  

Amy’s volunteer service focuses on women’s issues, leadership and empowerment. In addition to her work for Gamma Phi Beta, she has supported the personal and professional growth of other women as a volunteer mentor and career advisor through a variety of platforms. This work intersects with support for the military community, and especially military spouses, through organizations like the Military Spouse JD Network, Hiring Our Heroes, and Veterati. 

Amy lives in the Washington, D.C., metro area with her husband and three children. She can be seen frequently on the sidelines of soccer games, in baseball stands or poolside cheering loudly for her kids.

Shannon Bradley (Nebraska-Lincoln)

Shannon works for Down Under/Africa Endeavours, a small boutique luxury travel company, as the sales and marketing champion.  She has traveled to almost 40 countries and has 20+ years’ experience in marketing. She lives in Scottsdale, AZ, where she also is a Jazzercise instructor and certified personal trainer.   Shannon previously owned two Jazzercise fitness centers and was the 8th largest Jazzercise franchise in the world in 2008. Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and a master’s degree in business administration, marketing from Depaul University.  She has volunteered for Gamma Phi Beta for more than 20 years in various roles such as affiliated house corporation president, collegiate chapter supervisor, regional director and Nominating Committee.  

Ann Campbell (Northwestern)

Ann (Hipskind) Campbell initiated at the Epsilon Chapter (Northwestern University) where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Upon graduation she began a career in banking, earning her Master’s of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.  Once she and her husband, Pete, began their family, Ann stayed home with their boys, Peter and Christopher, until she decided to pursue a career in education. She earned her teaching certification in middle school math and high school business. Since 2016 she has been able to combine her business and education backgrounds by owning a Kumon Math and Reading franchise. She lives our values of labor and learning every day at work.

Ann began volunteering with Gamma Phi Beta in 1995 on the Epsilon House Corporation Board as Treasurer. She has also held roles as Province Alumnae Director, Regional Coordinator-Finance, Sorority Director-Housing, Financial Advisor and most recently, Facilities Team Leader. 

Ann lives in suburban Chicago with her husband of 34 years. They are now empty-nesters, as their boys graduated from Bradley University in 2018 and 2020.

Mindy Sutton (Southern Methodist)

Melinda (Mindy) Sutton, Ph.D. is currently serving her first term as a member of the Gamma Phi Beta Facilities Management Company’s Board of Managers. She also chairs the FMC’s Governance Committee and serves on the Sorority’s 150th Celebration Steering Committee and Fundraising Committee. A member of Alpha Xi Chapter at Southern Methodist University, Mindy has a B.A. in public relations. She also received her M.S. in education with an emphasis in higher education and student affairs from Indiana University-Bloomington and her Ph.D. in educational leadership from the University of Texas at Austin.  

Professionally, Mindy is the associate vice president for student affairs and dean of students at Southern Methodist University, overseeing the wellbeing functions within the Division of Student Affairs, including campus recreation, counseling services, the health center, student conduct, and students of concern. Mindy has also held positions in student affairs at the University of Mississippi and the University of Texas at Austin. She is a member of and volunteers for several professional organizations including the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA), Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA) and National Association for Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA).  

A 25-year volunteer for Gamma Phi Beta, Mindy has served as a chapter advisor, Facilitation Team member, affiliated house corporation board member, director of the New Chapter Team and chairwoman of the Discipline Committee. She also served as a collegiate leadership consultant and Gamma Phi Beta Foundation volunteer. Prior to her current role on the FMC, Mindy served as a Vice President on Gamma Phi Beta’s International Council. 

A native Texan, Mindy is also an active member of her local community and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and reading.

Hillary Stevens (Morehead State)

Hillary joined Gamma Phi Beta in 1997, as a member of Epsilon Sigma Chapter (Morehead State). She holds a B.S. in Agriculture from Morehead State University and an M.B.A. from Ashford University.  Professionally, Hillary is a regional operations manager at a major United States crop insurance provider. As a Gamma Phi Beta volunteer, she has served as a regional coordinator, collegiate resources coordinator, a regional director and international team leader-regional operations.  

Megan Smiley Wick (Washington State)

Passionate about Gamma Phi Beta since her days as a member of Beta Sigma Chapter (Washington State), Megan Smiley Wick has 22 years of experience as both a volunteer and staff member of Gamma Phi Beta. Megan currently serves as chief executive officer of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, Foundation and Facilities Management Company and previously as director of Education and managing director of Risk and Policy.

Her Gamma Phi Beta volunteer experience began in positions such as international team leader- regional operations, regional team leader, sorority director-leadership and sorority director-human resources. Before joining Gamma Phi Beta, Megan was the multi-center director of Kaplan Test Prep for Austin and San Antonio, Texas, and director of Student Programs for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Megan holds a B.S. from Washington State and a master’s degree in education policy, research and administration from the University of Massachusetts. Originally from Beaverton, Oregon, Megan and her husband Doug live in Greenwood Village, Colorado, with their three children Noelle, Colin and Stella, two cats and one goldfish. Go Cougs!

Dawn A. Randolph (Penn State)

An Army brat and first-generation college student, Dawn A. Randolph is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in foreign service and international politics and minored in German and military affairs. She initiated into Alpha Upsilon Chapter and served as her chapter’s panhellenic affairs vice president and membership vice president. After college, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, and served on the congressional staff of U.S. Senator Sam Nunn before going on to earn a Master of Public Administration, with a concentration in management and budget, from Georgia State University. 

Dawn is the chief executive and principal consultant of DIR Consulting Group LLC, a public policy consulting firm she founded in 2002 that specializes in providing research, analysis, strategy, facilitation and coaching for government and nonprofit clients. She has been a change agent in public policy through lobbying and advocacy work to steer governments to embrace consumer centered planning, promote integrated decision-making and fund new initiatives. The firm has contracted 42 clients and advocated/procured nearly $360 million in new resources and managed nearly $18 million in grant and donor funds. 

Dawn is also an adjunct professor at Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. She designs and leads courses for undergraduate and graduate students in leadership, organizational behavior, data analysis, data visualization and digital citizenship. Dawn serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council of the School as well. 

For most of her career, Dawn has been working with providers across multiple areas (substance use disorders, mental health, physical health, rehabilitation, and social services) to enhance their service delivery, identify accreditation objectives, expand their customer reach, and acquire new funding. She also served as the contract executive director for the Georgia Planned Giving Council for eight years, taking them out of the Great Recession to grow their reserves to a full year’s operating budget and identify new sponsors and reduce overhead. Building on this experience, she continues to mentor emerging nonprofit and public sector leaders. 

Dawn is serving her first term as a Foundation Trustee. She has volunteered for the Sorority for more than 30 years, including service as president of Delta Upsilon House Corporation Board and a member of the International Nominating Committee. More recently, she served as a collegiate chapter supervisor. In addition to Gamma Phi Beta, Dawn currently serves on the Henry County Planning and Zoning Board as a voting member and vice chair. She has previously held roles as director of public policy at the Bobby Dodd Institute; local government consultant at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs; and field director for the American Heart Association. 

She lives in Stockbridge, Georgia, with her husband, Chris, and their three cats: Bentley, Ferrari, and Lamborghini.

Fran Stevenson (Kansas State)

Fran Mayfield Stevenson joined Gamma Phi Beta at Beta Upsilon Chapter at Kansas State University. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and later earned a master’s degree in higher education administration from Bowling Green State University.  

Fran serves as the senior vice president of customer experience for GoodUnited, a retail execution software company. As a member of the company leadership team, she leads the marketing, sales, professional services and customer success teams. 

Fran has been a dedicated Gamma Phi Beta volunteer for decades and has held many roles, including chapter advisor, director of extension and regional director.
