Convention 2022 Scholarship Form
Use the following form to apply for Convention registration scholarship. All submissions are due by Friday, April 1, to be eligible for consideration. Selected recipients will be notified by Friday, April 8. Please note that Convention delegates and alternates are not eligible to apply for a registration scholarship.
