Anyone can register at the full registration rate. This rate will allow you admission to all events June 27-29, including general sessions, breakouts, the keynote address, ritual and all meal events. This rate will also include an official Coast-to-Coast t-shirt, registration bag and Confirmed Conventioneers hat. Please note that hotel and transportation costs are NOT included in this rate. A $50 late fee will be added after May 3.
INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEER ATTENDANCE

Gamma Phi Beta volunteers can register for Convention at a subsidized rate. Your rate includes double occupancy at the Convention hotel for three nights and admission to all general sessions, breakouts, the keynote address and ritual events. This rate also includes a $100 meal credit to use toward the ticketed event of your choosing and a registration bag. Transportation and additional meal tickets are not included in this rate. A roommate must be identified at the time of booking or you may request to be paired up at random or pay for a single room option. A $50 late fee will be added after May 3. Please note: This rate is for international volunteers only and does not include chapter advisors and advisory boards, alumnae chapter volunteers or affiliated house corporation volunteers.

This is a build-your-own option, so prices will vary depending on which experiences you choose. The partial attendance option does not include anything other than the ticketed event that you purchase. Please note that hotel room rates and airport transportation costs are not included in this rate. A $50 late fee will be added to your total after May 3.

Scholarships
Gamma Phi Beta is offering five $900 registration scholarships for collegiate chapters needing assistance. These funds will be applied to the full attendance of a collegiate member or your chapter advisor. Delegates and alternates are not eligible to apply for a scholarship. Application deadline is Friday, March 22. Selected recipients will be notified by Friday, March 29.
Policies
Registration Closing
Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. MT on Thursday, June 6, 2024. All fees must be paid by credit card at the time of submitting your registration. All fees must be paid prior to your arrival. Registrants with outstanding fees will not be allowed to participate until the registration cost is paid in full.
Refund Policy
A $50 cancellation fee for any Convention registration fees or purchases will apply after April 26.
After June 6, a 50% penalty against any Convention registration fees or purchases will be applied.
After June 13, an 80% penalty against any Convention registration fees or purchases will be applied.
After June 20, a 100% penalty against any Convention registration fees or purchases will be applied.
No exceptions will be made to these refund policies.
Registration Substitution
Click here and select “Already Registered?” at the top of the page. Enter the email and confirmation number that you received with the original registration. At the bottom of the page, you will see a “Substitute Registration button.” Click this and then you will then be prompted to enter the new attendee information. Make sure to either work in tandem with the new attendee or forward them these instructions to complete the substitution on their own. This will ensure we collect accurate attendee information for the new registrant. All substitutions should be made by June 6. Any late substitutions will need to be managed by contacting Karima Soliman.
