Leadership Practicum

Leadership Practicum provides Gamma Phi Beta alumnae the opportunity to apply and practice their board-level skills. Participants in the practicum experience will have the opportunity to collaborate with a member of a Gamma Phi Beta board and a practicum facilitator, as they work to explore board-level problems, actions and work. Practicum experiences range from six months to two years, depending on the development area. These opportunities will be advertised as available. Interested individuals must apply and will be selected based on team need.

The Leadership Practicum is a great opportunity for alumnae with strong interest in engaging in board-level service and who want to get a taste of what board-level service is like before taking the next step in their leadership journeys. It is designed for graduates of at least one prior LDC program.
