2023: A New International Headquarters
In January 2023, International Headquarters (IH) transitioned to a new location after 30 years at 12737 E. Euclid Dr. in Centennial, Colorado. Like most businesses, Gamma Phi Beta's needs and ways of functioning evolved over the years. Technology allowed IH staff to perform their roles effectively from a remote workspace, something our volunteer workforce has successfully done for many years.
After 10 years of considering the building’s sale, International Council (IC) determined the time had come to reduce our physical footprint and sell the building. In September 2022, an interested buyer made an offer to purchase the building. Early in 2023, IH moved to a leased property at 9155 E. Nichols Ave. Suite 330, Centennial, CO, 80112. This smaller space provides modest storage and workspace for several staff members.
International President Autumn L. Hansen (Idaho) imparted impactful words about the Sorority’s offices on East Euclid Dr.: “Gamma Phi Beta is much more than a building, an office or an address. It is a sisterhood of dynamic women rooted in True and Constant friendship who appreciate lifelong learning and continual growth."
