2003: A New Website
In keeping with the strategic plan’s goal to raise Gamma Phi Beta’s public profile, International Council, several volunteers and International Headquarters staff worked together for two years to update the Sorority’s website in a way that was consistent with their mission, vision, history and values. The new website was presented on June 21, 2003, at the Leadership Development Institute – now called the REAL Leadership Institute. Not only did the site have a new, fresh look to it, it was also much more functional, making online donations and event registrations possible. Message boards made communication among the chapters much more productive and useful.
