GPHI Deals FAQ

  • GPhi Deals is your all-in-one solution for saving big on every purchase. You’ll uncover a treasure trove of deep discounts spanning local boutiques, online retail, entertainment, travel and beyond! 
  • Alumnae members in good standing can wave goodbye to paying full price on dining, shopping, entertainment, travel and more. The best part? Most discounts aren’t a one-time deal; you can use them as much as you want year-round. 
  • This benefit will replace our Snazzy Traveler program.  

  • Life Loyal members. The GPhi Deals platform is an exclusive benefit for Gamma Phi Beta alumnae who have fulfilled their pledge to support our Sorority for a lifetime. 
  • International alumnae dues payers will have access to the platform from the time of payment processing until July 31 of the current fiscal year.  
    • Access will be removed each August 1 and members will receive access to this benefit when their international alumnae dues have been paid for the new fiscal year.  

  • Please allow seven business days for your GPhi Deals account to be activated following your international alumnae dues or Life Loyal payment. 
  • If you believe you have paid your international alumnae dues or joined Life Loyal more than seven business days ago and are unable to access your account through the steps previously reviewed, please contact alumnae@gammaphibeta.org.  

  • Visit GammaPhiBeta.org and sign into your account by clicking "Login" in the top right corner of the website. 
  • Once logged in, select "Member" in the right-hand corner of the Gamma Phi Beta website followed by "My Profile" on the drop-down menu. 
  • On the "Personal Profile" page, scroll to the section titled "My Membership Information"
  • If you haven't paid your international alumnae dues or joined Life Loyal, you will see a message to prompt payment of international alumnae dues or Life Loyal. 

  • Join Life Loyal or pay your international alumnae dues! 
  • Members who join Life Loyal or pay their international alumnae dues will receive access within seven days of receiving and fully processing their payment.  

  1. Visit www.GammaPhiBeta.org and click on “Login”, located in the top right corner of the page
  2. Scroll down and select “Create Account”.
  3. Input your information for the following fields. Fields below with an * are required for members to complete. Click “Submit” when all information has been entered.
    • First Name*
    • Current Last Name
    • Initiated Last Name*
    • Initiated Chapter*
    • Initiation Year*
    • Member Number
    • Email Address on file with International Headquarters
  4. It is suggested to either save your log-in information to your device or write it down in a place that is easily accessible to you should you need to reference it in the future.

  1. To access specific actions on your GPhi Deals account, a unique password must be created. You will be required to create a password when accessing the following areas of the platform:  

  • My Account. 
  • My Trips. 
  • Favorites. 

  1. When accessing an area of the platform that requires a password, you will be prompted to complete a short sign-up. Please complete the fields as requested. 

  • Email – Email address used on file with IH 
  • First Name  
  • Last Name 
  • Password - Create a password for the platform. Save this password for your records. International Headquarters is unable to see or reset passwords for members. 

  • Visit GammaPhiBeta.org and sign into your account by clicking on “Login” in the top right corner of the website. 
  • Visit the GPhi Deals webpage and follow the prompts to access the GPhi Deals platform. It is suggested to bookmark this page to easily access the GPhi Deals platform in the future.
  • This will open the deals site: Find Deals, Discounts & More with GPhi Deals.

  • The platform provider, Access Developments’ Customer Support Team, is committed to assisting you. They may be contacted via phone at 877.497.2077. 
    • Customer Support Hours: 
      • Monday to Thursday (6 a.m.- 9 p.m. MT)

  • Please note that Access Development will be unavailable during major U.S. holidays when our office is closed.
