RLE Participant Recommendation Form

The REAL Leadership Experience (RLE) is Gamma Phi Beta’s retreat-style, in-person leadership event designed to empower the next generation of Gamma Phi Beta leaders. Eligible participants are first- or second-year members who have held no executive council leadership role. Recommended individuals in their third- or fourth-year of membership or who have held an executive council leadership role are not eligible to participate in RLE and therefore will not be considered in the recommendation process.
