Convention Accommodations
Gamma Phi Beta is excited to host our 82nd Convention at the Omni Louisville Hotel (400 S. 2nd Street, Louisville, Kentucky, 40202). Everyone except international volunteers is responsible for booking their hotel room directly with the Omni Louisville Hotel. Come early or stay late to experience everything Louisville has to offer.

Call Omni Reservations at 1.800.THE.OMNI and mention Gamma Phi Beta Convention 2026, or click here to book, modify or cancel your reservation at any time.- Room Rates: $259+ tax per night for a deluxe king or queen/queen room.
- Checking-In/-Out: Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. A valid credit card is required upon check-in to cover all expenses charged to your room. If using a debit card, the hotel will place a daily monetary hold for your incidentals of approximately $100 per day. The hotel will do their best to accommodate requests for early arrivals or late departures and is happy to provide luggage storage.
- Extending Your Stay: Arrive early or stay late to experience all that Louisville has to offer. Our room rate is subject to availability. Room rates may change before or after the designated event dates.
- Hotel Reservation Deadline: All reservations must be made with the hotel by Friday, June 12, 2026, to guarantee the group rate. Reservations made after this date will be subject to the hotel’s current available rate.
Event Check-In
Stop by the Gamma Phi Beta registration desk to pick up your materials and check in. Registration opens Wednesday, July 15 and Thursday, July 16. Hours of operation will be posted at a later date.Hotel Wi-Fi
