The BEDI Summit is a virtual event scheduled on Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. MT.

Registration costs vary.

  • Chapter registration is $250 for 10 attendees (chapter advisor and nine required collegiate officers). All chapters that register their 10 required attendees will gain event access for the remainder of their chapter members at no additional cost.

  • Individual event registration is $25.
  • Required registration for volunteer attendees, International Headquarters staff and friends of Gamma Phi Beta is complimentary.

Attendee Registration Guidelines

Registration opens on Friday, January 5, 2024.

For collegiate chapter registrations, please wait until your chapter’s elections are held before registering. To successfully register all required attendees at one time, it is recommended that the chapter president collect the required attendee registration information in advance of completing the registration form. You will need to assign a name and an email address for each required attendee to complete your chapter’s registration.

Individual attendees may register at any time.

No individual registrations for required collegiate attendees will be accepted. You are registering for all required attendees from your chapter at one time.

The registration deadline is Friday, February 16 at 11:59 p.m. No refunds will be given after this date.  

Cancellation Policy

All BEDI Summit cancellations must be received by Friday, February 16 at 11:59 p.m. Once registration closes, all fees are 100% non-refundable.
