RLE Accommodations
All RLE attendees will be staying at Gamma Phi Beta’s Lambda Chapter facility. Rooms are multi-occupancy and restroom/shower facilities are communal.
Roommates
All rooms are multi-occupancy. You will be randomly preassigned a roommate(s) with another RLE attendee.
On-Site Check-In
Upon arrival, all RLE participants will be transferred to the facility from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. If the doors to the facility are locked, please ring the doorbell upon your arrival. A member of the RLE team will let you in and show you to your room.
Arrival Day
Once you have checked in at the facility, please use the afternoon to relax and read through any materials provided to prepare for the weekend. Please come to the main floor at 4:45 p.m. PT dressed in your summer business casual attire.
Facility Wi-Fi
For your convenience, the facility is pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi . Laptops or other electronic devices are not required to participate in RLE.
Facility Access
All attendees will be given a fob to enter the facility. At check-in, you will be required to sign for the fob and acknowledge that if the fob is not turned in at the end of the weekend, you or your chapter will be charged a lost key fee.
