Hotel Rooms
Gamma Phi Beta must guarantee a certain number of room reservations to our official RLC hotel, so the only accommodations we are able to offer are single or double occupancies. Triple and quadruple occupancies are not available for our group. Fees may be assessed if more than two individuals are in a room.

Roommates
Please indicate on your registration form who you would like for your roommate. If you require double occupancy, but do not have a roommate preference, please leave this section blank and a roommate will be assigned to you once registration closes. No changes can be made after January 10, 2020.

Please know if you list more than two roommates on your registration form, you will still only be paired with one other individual and the additional names listed will be moved to other rooms.

Hotel Check-in
Upon arrival, please check-in to your room at the hotel’s front desk. Hotel check-in begins at 4 p.m. A credit/debit card will be requested by the hotel at check-in to cover incidentals. Please be aware that the hotel will place a cash hold on your card for a designated dollar amount per day. These funds will be released back to your card after you check out and pay for any incidentals.

The hotel will accommodate early arrivals based on room availability. If your room is not ready, the hotel will store your belongings while you wait.

RLC On-Site Registration
After checking in, please stop by the RLC registration desk in the Nashville Ballroom foyer to obtain your conference materials. The RLC registration desk will be available from 2-10 p.m.

Hotel Wi-Fi
For your convenience, the Nashville Airport Marriott offers complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the public spaces of the hotel. Complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms will be available for Marriott Reward members. Wi-Fi in meeting rooms is not available.
