Convention Registration
FULL ATTENDANCE - $850 by May 13
Anyone can register at the full registration rate. This rate is the most cost-effective option and will allow you admission to all events, including business sessions, ritual and all meal events. This rate will also include a Convention t-shirt, registration bag and Confirmed Conventioneers hat. Please note that hotel and transportation costs are NOT included in this rate. A $50 late fee will be added after May 13.
INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEER ATTENDANCE (invitation only) - $400 by May 13
Gamma Phi Beta volunteers can register for Convention at a subsidized rate. Your rate includes double occupancy at the Convention hotel for three nights and admission to all business sessions and ritual events. This rate also includes a $100 meal credit to use toward the ticketed event of your choosing and a registration bag. Transportation and additional meal tickets are NOT included in this rate. A $50 late fee will be added after May 13. Please note: This rate is for international volunteers only and does not include chapter advisors and advisory boards, local alumnae chapter volunteers or affiliated house corporation volunteers.

This is a build-your-own option, so prices will vary depending on which experience you choose. The partial attendance option does not include anything other than the ticketed item that you purchase. Please note that hotel and transportation costs are not included in this rate. Individual ticket pricing will be published at a later date. $50 late fee added after May 13.
Individual tickets will include:
July 15 – Wednesday Sisterhood Evening. Events will be available at single-ticket pricing and will be announced in 2026.July 16 – Thursday Full Day (includes vendor access, Foundation room, business sessions, meetups and the welcome dinner)
July 16 – Welcome dinner only
July 17 – Friday Full Day (includes vendor access, Foundation room, business sessions, the awards luncheon and our popular Confirmed Conventioneers event)
July 17 – Awards luncheon only
July 17 – Confirmed Conventioneers only
July 18 – Saturday Full Day (includes vendor access, Foundation room, business sessions, ritual, the Saturday luncheon and our Pink Carnation Banquet)
July 18 – Saturday Luncheon only (theme TBD)
July 18 – Pink Carnation Banquet only
Other add-on options allow you to:
- Add a single room for approved volunteers.
- Purchase a Gamma Phi Beta Convention t-shirt.
