Belonging and Inclusion Task Force Chair
Applications are currently being accepted for the chair of Gamma Phi Beta's new Belonging and Inclusion Task Force. At the core of Gamma Phi Beta is sisterhood – relationships and connection – and our future work must include a focus on how to create inclusive chapter environments, recruit and retain members, and develop policies that nurture and sustain these relationships. It is out of this core purpose and to sustain a strong sisterhood that International Council has approved the creation of a Belonging and Inclusion Task Force. The FMC is looking for organized and enthusiastic alumna who are interested in supporting affiliated house corporations with free standing houses. This position provides primary oversight and support to eight to ten AHCs in the Southwestern and Great Plains Portfolios, and works collectively with other volunteers to provide safe and inviting experiences to our members who live in the facilities. NPC College Panhellenic Area Advisor
The National Panhellenic Conference is looking for a member of Gamma Phi Beta to serve as an NPC Area Advisor. The NPC area advisor works directly with College Panhellenics and/or fraternity/sorority advisors (FSAs), advising them on Panhellenic organization and recruitment procedures. Committee members serve as advisors to College Panhellenics in assigned areas. This role will report to an NPC volunteer. The job description can be viewed here. The Panhellenic Department is looking for an organized and enthusiastic sister to join our team as a Panhellenic specialist. The position will work with the regional volunteers and collegiate chapters in regions 5 and 6 to educate the chapter and PAVP on Panhellenic documents and procedures. The position works directly with one of the Sorority Director-Panhellenic Resources and reports directly with the Panhellenic Affairs Vice President.
