Stephanie Gauchat Carriere is currently serving in her first term as a Vice President on Gamma Phi Beta’s International Council. Stephanie also serves on the Sorority’s Finance Committee and is the International Council liaison to the Gamma Phi Beta Facilities Management Company Board of Managers. A member of Alpha Epsilon Chapter at the University of Arizona, Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science degree in special education and rehabilitation and Master of Arts in special education and rehabilitation with an emphasis in emotional and behavioral disorders.
Stephanie is a proud and busy stay-at-home mom to her legacy Samantha. She has 13 years of experience as a special education teacher and school administrator in Arizona and Nevada, with roles of special education teacher, dean of students and assistant principal.
With more than 16 years of experience as a Gamma Phi Beta volunteer, Stephanie has served as a chapter advisor, Facilitation Team member and most recently, spent five years as Gamma Phi Beta’s international team leader-regional operations. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for providing strategic direction for the Sorority’s established chapters, operational management of our collegiate chapters and management of eight regional team leaders. As the international team leader-regional operations, she was instrumental in many process and operational changes in the areas of chapter operational health and volunteer management. Stephanie is also a Life Loyal member and a member of Gamma Phi Beta’s Phoenix Alumnae Chapter.
In her local community, Stephanie is active with Girl Scouts Arizona Cactus Pine Council, serving as Girl Scout leader, a member of the council’s Cookie Advisory Board and the cookie program manager for the Gilbert Service Unit. She is also a classroom coordinator and school volunteer.
Stephanie lives in Gilbert, Arizona with her husband Todd, daughter Samantha and dogs Tori and Kyler.
