Attendee Registration Guidelines
All attendees for RLC 2019 should be from your chapter's newly-elected executive council. Please wait until your elections are held to have your attendees register. No substitutions for executive council members will be accepted. If the RLC registration deadline is prior to your elections, please contact Sara Chojnacki for additional instructions. Please refer to the FAQ page on how to issue a name change.
A pre-event webinar will be held on December 4 at 6 p.m. MST. We recommend at least one newly-elected chapter officer and/or your primary chapter advisor register to attend this training. This will be an informative session on registration, travel, onsite logistics and expectations. You can register for this webinar here.
2019 RLC registration fees for Regions 1 and 4
Chapter Officer: $500
Chapter Advisor - Double Occupancy: $500
Chapter Advisor - Single Occupancy: $640
Regional Teams/Facilitation Teams - Double Occupancy: $0
Regional Teams/Facilitation Teams - Single Occupancy: $140
Registration closes January 4, 2019, at midnight MST. A $50 late fee will be added after the closing deadline. All registration fees may be paid through Billhighway or by credit card. Please make sure all fees are paid prior to your arrival or you will not be able to check in for the event.
All RLC cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to International Headquarters, at least two-weeks prior to the RLC for which you are registered. After the two-week cutoff, registration fees are 100 percent non-refundable. Please send written requests to Page Adams.
