The REAL Leadership Experience (RLE) will be held July 19-22, 2018, at the Psi Chapter (Oklahoma) facility in Norman, Oklahoma. Registration opens to invited attendees on May 11 and will close at midnight (Mountain Time) on June 11.
Gamma Phi Beta's vision is to build confident women of character who celebrate sisterhood and make a difference in the world around them. Gamma Phi Beta’s REAL Leadership Experience is the avenue by which we provide critical leadership development to first- and second-year members that will allow them to impact the growth of their chapter and college community.
RLE is a four-day retreat-style leadership conference with a select group of emerging Gamma Phi Beta leaders. Attendees will experience cutting-edge leadership development through programs including a leadership assessment, courageous conversations and developing a personal leadership brand.
Gamma Phi Beta leadership, education and philantropic programming is funded in part by the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Foundation and the many generous donors that allow the Sorority to create this programming.

All invited emerging Gamma Phi Beta leaders are asked to register to confirm their attendance for the REAL Leadership Experience. Invitations to register are not transferable to other chapter members.

What Sisters are Saying About RLE
"I wanted to thank you for giving me the opportunity to attend RLE, and for helping develop such an incredible new program. I cannot wait to take back everything I learned and share it with my chapter. I know that this program will continue to positively impact emerging leaders in Gamma Phi Beta. I am very grateful to have been a part of the first RLE and I can’t wait to see how it continues to grow over the next couple years."
