Convention Resolution 2018-3 Task Force
International Council is seeking volunteers to serve on a task force to address Convention Resolution 2018-3: "Resolved, that International Council appoint a committee to update the previous study on the recognition of the Crescent Catchers as an official entity of the Sorority, to include research related to the status and functions of similar groups and other National Panhellenic Conference organizations." The members of this task force will carefully review the resolution, determine a plan to research this topic and provide a report to International Council. Research will include efforts and processes of other NPC groups. Regular calls and one to two hours of work per month can be expected for a period of eight to 12 months. From our applicants, a chair of the task force will be selected. Please indicate if you are interested in chairing this group and include your rationale as well as your qualifications. Alumnae Chapter Support Specialist
The Alumnae Department is looking for an organized and outgoing sister to join our team as an alumnae chapter support specialist. This position will work with underperforming alumnae chapters to supervise their progress and make recommendations for next steps based on the information gathered. Alumnae Programming Specialist
The Alumnae Department is looking for an organized and outgoing sister to join our team as an alumnae programming specialist. Collegiate Chapter Supervisor (Region 1)
The Region 1 Team is looking for an organized and enthusiastic sister to join our team as a collegiate chapter supervisor. This position provides primary oversight to three to four chapters within the region, including their collegiate and advisory leadership boards. We need team members with a strong communication skills as well as an understanding of collegiate operations. Collegiate Chapter Supervisor (Region 7)
Do you love working with collegians and advisors? The Region 7 Team is looking for a sister to join our team as a collegiate chapter supervisor. This position works directly with the chapter advisor and chapter officers of three collegiate chapters who strive to be the best chapters on their college campuses. She is a partner and coach to the chapter advisors, providing guidance about serving as chairwoman of the chapter advisory board. She also mentors collegiate chapter officers and keeps them on track to achieve their individual and collective potential. Finance Supervisor
The Region 6 Team is looking for an organized and enthusiastic sister to join our team as a finance supervisor. This position provides financial oversight for 18 chapters within the region, including the region's financial advisors and financial vice presidents. Moonball Specialist
The Philanthropy Team is looking a Moonball specialist to join our team. Specific duties for the Moonball specialist position relate to public relations, philanthropy, marketing and fundraising. Duties include providing leadership, support and direction for collegiate and alumnae chapters for Moonball and philanthropy events – from budgeting to promotion and implementation. Philanthropy Team Leader
The Philanthropy Team is growing! We are seeking two philanthropy team leaders to join our team as leading members. Ideal candidates would use their Building Strong Girls, marketing, fundraising and event expertise to supervise four Moonball specialists (Regions 1-4 or Regions 5-8) in guiding collegiate and alumnae chapters in the area of philanthropy. Recruitment Supervisor (Region 2)
Do you love recruitment? Region 2 is looking for a sister to serve as our recruitment supervisor. This position is responsible for training and mentoring recruitment advisors, as well as reviewing and strategizing recruitment plans for collegiate chapters. In addition to serving on the regional team, you will also be a member of the Sorority's recruitment team, working with other recruitment supervisors as we assist chapters making critical recruitment decisions.
