    Annabel M. Jones (Oklahoma)

    Annabel Jones (Oklahoma) is Gamma Phi Beta’s International President, currently serving in her second two-year term in the role. Annabel is also a Gamma Phi Beta Foundation Trustee, and a member of the Sorority’s Bylaws, Extension, Finance and Governance Committees. A member of Gamma Phi Beta’s Psi Chapter, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Oklahoma and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

    Fraya Lynn Black (Michigan)

    Fraya Lynn Black is currently serving in her first term as a Vice President on Gamma Phi Beta’s International Council. Fraya also serves as chairwoman of the Sorority’s Finance Committee and is a member of the Ritual and History Committee. A member of Beta Chapter at the University of Michigan, Fraya has a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational studies. Fraya currently resides in Chicago, Illinois and is a director with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

    Stephanie Gauchat Carriere (Arizona)

    Stephanie Gauchat Carriere is currently serving in her first term as a Vice President on Gamma Phi Beta’s International Council. Stephanie also serves on the Sorority’s Finance Committee and is the International Council liaison to the Gamma Phi Beta Facilities Management Company Board of Managers. A member of Alpha Epsilon Chapter at the University of Arizona, Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science degree in special education and rehabilitation and Master of Arts in special education and rehabilitation with an emphasis in emotional and behavioral disorders.

    Angela Jordan Dimit (Illinois at Urbana-Champaign)

    Angela (Angie) Jordan Dimit is currently serving her second term as Vice President on Gamma Phi Beta’s International Council. Angie also serves as an International Council representative on the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation Board of Trustees and is a member of the Technology Committee. She is a member of Omicron Chapter at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing and her Master of Education in human resources education.

    Autumn L. Hansen (Idaho)

    Autumn Hansen is currently serving her fourth term as Vice President on Gamma Phi Beta’s International Council. Autumn also serves as chairwoman of the Sorority’s Governance and Personnel Committee and member of the Leadership Development Committee. A member of Xi Chapter at the University of Idaho, Autumn has a Bachelor of Science degree in sociology, psychology and justice studies, as well as a Master of Social Work from Indiana University.

    Tanya N. Jordan (Purdue)

    Tanya Jordan is currently serving her second term as a Vice President on Gamma Phi Beta’s International Council. Tanya is the 2018-20 International Council Vice Chairwoman and serves on the Sorority’s Governance and Personnel Committee. A member of Delta Iota Chapter at Purdue University, Tanya has a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and a Master of Arts in public administration from Wayne State University.

    Melinda Sutton Noss, Ph.D. (Southern Methodist)

    Melinda (Mindy) Sutton Noss, Ph.D. is currently serving her second term as a Vice President on Gamma Phi Beta’s International Council. Mindy also serves as a member of the Sorority’s Bylaws and Extension Committees. A member of Alpha Xi Chapter at Southern Methodist University, Mindy has a Bachelor of Arts in public relations. She also received her Master of Science in Education with an emphasis in higher education and student affairs from Indiana University-Bloomington and her Doctor of Philosophy in educational leadership from the University of Texas at Austin.

Seven officers serve on International Council, which is the executive body of Gamma Phi Beta. They are charged with managing the affairs and property of the international Sorority, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing the Sorority’s vision and strategic plan
  • Adopting official rules, procedures and policies
  • Representing Gamma Phi Beta in the fraternity/sorority world
