MENTOR

Gamma Phi Beta thrives because of our sisterhood. Because mentorship in Gamma Phi Beta occurs in many ways, we encourage alumnae members to develop their relationships with other alumnae and collegiate members by using their experiences to guide and coach other individuals.

Advise a collegiate chapter.
Collegiate chapter advisors play an integral role in supporting the officers of Gamma Phi Beta’s collegiate chapters. Advisors serve as educators to collegians and share their experiences to mentor officers in their positions. Click here to learn more about being an advisor or complete our Volunteer Interest Form.

Serve on an affiliated house corporation board or local facility advisory committee.
Do you have a passion for ensuring that housing is safe and secure for Gamma Phi Beta collegiate members? Serving as a member of a collegiate chapter’s affiliated house corporation board or local facility advisory committee gives you the opportunity to provide direction to the growth and maintenance of the facility. Learn more here.

Volunteer with Gamma Phi Beta.
In order to advance Gamma Phi Beta, the Sorority relies on staff and volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of the organization, often helping with supervision of collegiate or alumnae chapters or working on special initiatives of the organization. To receive more information about volunteering, visit the Volunteer page or complete a Volunteer Interest Form.

Coach a Girls on the Run team.
Volunteer coaches work with teams at local schools over the course of a 10-week period to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident. To learn more about coaching or volunteering with Girls on the Run, visit GirlsontheRun.org.
