Pricing

Events for the weekend are customizable and prices will vary depending on which experience you choose. What is included in your registration depends on the individual items you have selected to participate in over the weekend. Registration fees do not include airfare/mileage, hotel accommodations, transportation, parking, meals or alcohol.

A full refund will be available until two weeks before the event. Refunds will not be available after January 26, 2024.

Friday, February 9

Dine Around Dinners
For those interested in dining with a group and making sisterly connections, this is the option for you. We have considered various restaurants and price points to meet every budget and taste. Purchase your dine-around ticket as a solo or with others, but don’t delay, as these options are limited and will sell out! Once they are filled, we will not be adding more options.

Fine Dining at Ad Hoc (6476 Washington Street Yountville, CA 94559)
Ad Hoc, a restaurant by Chef Thomas Keller, has opened its doors to introduce a casual dining venue that showcases the American comfort food of Chef Keller’s childhood. All courses are served family-style to enhance the conviviality of the Ad Hoc experience.

• Ticket Price: $150
• The evening will include a four-course meal (starter, two entrees and dessert) of the chef’s choosing. Menus will not be released in advance.
• Alcohol and transportation are not included. Gratuity is included in the ticket price.

Mid-Range Dining at La Calenda (6518 Washington Street Yountville, CA 94599)
La Calenda combines traditional Mexican food and fixtures in a family-friendly environment. Drawing on the freshest and highest quality ingredients available, and employing traditional cooking methods, the restaurant features dishes from Chef Kaelin Ulrich Trilling’s native Oaxaca while casting a glance across a range of Mexican regional cuisines.

• Ticket Price: $100
• Your ticket includes a variety of appetizers for the table, your choice of entree and a sampling of desserts!
• Alcohol and transportation are not included. Gratuity is included in the ticket price. 

Casual Dining at Gott's Roadside Diner (933 Main St. (Highway 29) St. Helena, CA 94574)
Gott’s Roadside, featured on "Diner’s Drive-Ins, and Dives," is known for its modern approach to creating California-inspired dishes using locally sourced ingredients from purveyors. Gott’s commitment to local sourcing extends to the glass with a California-centric list of wines and beers, hand selected by Joel Gott.

• Ticket Price: $10
• Your ticket will reserve your seat! All food and beverage will be purchased on-site. 

Saturday, February 10

First Moon Napa Valley Wine Tasting
Join us on February 10, 2024, from 1-3 pm PT as we toast to Gamma Phi Beta's 150th milestone with First Moon Napa Valley at Fairwinds Estate Winery in Napa Valley. Enjoy a delightful pairing of our handcrafted First Moon wines with curated charcuterie boards. Must be 21 years of age to participate.

Pricing is based on your membership level to the First Moon Napa Valley wine club.

• $60 for Non-Club Attendees
• $30 for Three-Bottle Club Members
• Complimentary for Six-Bottle Club Members.

Transportation to and from the event is on your own.

150th Celebration Banquet Ticket
Our evening gala will be held at the historic Barrel Room at the Culinary Institute of America Greystone. Tickets are $150 and will include our celebration program, keynote speaker, traveling exhibit and a three-course plated meal with your choice of entree.
