Meet the CLCs

Gamma Phi Beta's collegiate leadership consultants (CLCs) provide amazing leadership, guidance and support to our collegiate chapters. Get to know our 2019-20 CLC team — you may have the opportunity to meet one or more of them this year at your chapter!

I chose to join Gamma Phi Beta because of our philanthropic focus. I connected to Girls on the Run and made my mark as a coach, running buddy and intern for the organization during my collegiate years.

I hope to continue to learn how to make the most of every moment. My first year as a CLC brought so much growth, but it also flew by. I hope to value every day and opportunity that this second year brings.

I hope that I continue to meet amazing Gamma Phi women. Last year I met inspirational women who taught me that I am capable of anything.

I want to be a CLC because I want to guide the women of Gamma Phi Beta like my mentors have for me. Without my advisors and role models, I would have never been challenged to see the potential within myself. I want to develop the Sorority across the nation by showcasing our incredible members.

I hope to learn how Gamma Phi Beta influences women differently across the country. Each chapter is different, yet everyone shares the same values. I want to better understand how being a Gamma Phi influences women in everyday life.

My favorite Gamma Phi Beta memory goes back all the way to 2016 when I met the woman who ended up being my Little Sister. We forged an instant bond, and I really enjoyed having the opportunity to help her during her new member period and first year. Since then, she has become a wonderful friend to so many. I'm a proud Big Sister!

From day one in Gamma Phi Beta, I fell in love with our commitment to building other women up daily, both in big and small ways. Being a CLC is a way for me to continue doing that on a much larger scale while allowing me to gain valuable career skills.

Something I hope to learn in this position is being able to gain perspective from others and apply it toward my life or those in need. I feel if we take the time to learn from others, it will help us to grow and positively impact the world around us.
