Daring dialogue is a conversation in which Gamma Phi Beta members choose to engage with honesty, empathy and a genuine commitment to listening and learning. Daring dialogues can be held on a wide range of topics where differing opinions, beliefs or perspectives are present, including topics related to belonging, equity, diversity and inclusion (BEDI).
