The Founders Society
Like the four Founders whose strength and commitment established Gamma Phi Beta, members of The Founders Society preserve their legacy by ensuring the continued growth that allows the Sorority and the Foundation to remain unwavering in fulfilling their missions. The Founders Society recognizes annual unrestricted gifts of $5,000 or more. View the charter member list.
The 1874 Society
Named for the year Gamma Phi Beta Sorority was founded, The 1874 Society recognizes annual gifts of $1,874-$4,999 for the areas of greatest need. These gifts are vital to fulfilling our mission.
The Crescent Society
The Crescent Society is for members of all ages who give between $250-$1,873 annually in unrestricted funds to the Foundation. These gifts preserve the legacy and furthers the vision of Gamma Phi Beta. These generous contributions are categorized at the brown and mode level:
- The Crescent Society – Brown: Recognizes gifts between $250-$999 annually.
- The Crescent Society – Mode: Recognizes gifts between $1,000-$1,873 annually.
The Sisterhood Society
Gamma Phi Beta Foundation's young alumnae recognition society is an opportunity for members and friends under the age of 35 to be recognized for their meaningful gifts. Young alumnae can become members of this giving society with minimum annual gift of $25. Donations of $187.40 or more receive a special recognition gift. This is an opportunity to pay it forward to the next generation of Gamma Phi Beta’s.
The Foundation’s newest giving society is exclusively for our collegiate members. By making a gift to Carnation Nation, you join other collegians to celebrate sisterhood and change lives. These gifts honor and support Gamma Phi Beta, making an impact in the lives of our sisters today and tomorrow. Collegiate members can join Carnation Nation with a minimum annual unrestricted gift of $5. Collegiate members giving $18.74 or more will receive a special recognition gift to display with pride.
The Tau Epsilon Pi Society
Gamma Phi Beta Foundation’s Tau Epsilon Pi Society (TEII) is made up of nearly 200 members who have arranged gifts to the Foundation through thoughtful estate planning. Gifts to the Foundation can be designated or unrestricted, according to a donor’s wishes. Any donor who has included the Foundation in their estate plans is a member of the prestigious Tau Epsilon Pi Society.
Lifetime Giving Circle
Lifetime giving societies allow us to acknowledge donors who have made a substantial commitment of personal resources over their lifetime. Donors who make total contributions equaling $25,000 or more, including donations and bequests, join the Lifetime Giving Circle. The circle includes generous members, loved ones and friends of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority.
- Loyalty Circle $1 million and above
- Learning Circle $500,000 - $999,999
- Labor Circle $200,000 - $499,999
- Love Circle $75,000 - $199,999
- Crescent Circle $10,000 - $74,999
