Facility Projects

Gamma Phi Beta and the Facilities Management Company (FMC) are committed to providing facilities assistance to our new and established chapters. This page features current projects.

Facilities Spotlight: Zeta Chi (Texas Christian)

Zeta Chi (Texas Christian) opened the doors to their beautiful new facility in August 2017, and the chapter’s Affiliated House Corporation (AHC) is excited about the design and functionality. The women of Zeta Chi report they love the feeling of the new facility – it is cozy and makes them feel like they are no longer living in a dorm, but at a place where they feel right at home. One of their favorite features is the ability to have chapter meetings in the facility. The executive board also loves having their own personal third floor with a kitchen, where each executive member has their own bedroom with a full-size bed.

Zeta Chi’s Public Relations Vice President Hannah Chalfant told us that the 35 women who reside in the facility have told her that not only do they love living in house with members they are super close with, but the facility has provided an avenue for women to get to know other members better.
