Important Deadlines

Please review all important deadlines to ensure your Convention experience is smooth from start to finish. 

March 7

  • Deadline for all Convention registration scholarships.

March 30

  • Chapters selected to receive a scholarship will be notified by this date.

March 16

  • Convention Award submissions close at midnight.

May 2

  • Deadline for early registration pricing. Price will increase by $50 per attendee after this date.
  • Alumnae chapters must return credential information to International Headquarters.
  • Collegiate chapters must return credential information to International Headquarters.

May 27

  • Deadline for alumnae chapters to achieve good standing (required to vote at Convention).
  • Deadline for collegiate chapters to achieve good standing (required to vote at Convention).

May 30

  • Final registration date. No refunds will be given after this date.

June 4

  • Deadline to book your hotel room with the Hyatt Regency Dallas (subject to availability).
  • Last day to send in donated items for the Foundation’s Opportunity Drawing.

June 7

  • No further modifications will be accepted to your online registration. Any modifications after this date must be emailed to Page Adams.
  • Deadline to sign up for shuttle transportation to/from DFW or Love Field to/from hotel.

June 15

  • Deadline to purchase Hearts from the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation online. Hearts may still be purchased at Convention by attendees.
