“Leaders are made, not born.” – Vince Lombardi

Last year Gamma Phi Beta held its first annual REAL Leadership Experience in Dallas, Texas, at Southern Methodist University. Thirty-two women were selected from more than 100 applicants to participate in Gamma Phi Beta’s newest leadership program aimed at emerging leaders in their first or second year of membership. These women explored their strengths, developed leadership skills and cultivated relationships that will enable them to make a difference in their chapters and their communities now and in the future.

This exciting program will be offered again this summer in Norman, Oklahoma, at the University of Oklahoma to 40 women from chapters across North America. Applications for the 2016 REAL Leadership Experience are still open, but the April 1 deadline is quickly approaching.
