February: Communication Required: How to Present Your Ideas Powerfully and Inspire Others to Action
Ashley Lang (Northern Iowa)

Gamma Phi Beta’s member competency of communication discusses being prepared, thoughtful, engaged and reflective. We need to be prepared by knowing ourselves, thoughtful with how others think, feel, get inspired and act, engaged in motivating and influencing others and reflective in taking meaning from each day.

This all begins with how we send and receive messages. Communication is required in life. Spend some time intentionally exploring how you can make your communication clear and relevant to your audience.
