BEDI Summit: Registration/Pricing

The BEDI Summit is a virtual event scheduled for Saturday, February 20, 2021. The BEDI Summit is structured to allow attendees to participate in a morning track, afternoon track or a full-day track.

Registration costs vary by track.

  • Full-Day Track: $40/person.
  • Half-Day Track: $25/person.
  • Registrant will select either the morning or afternoon track.

Prices will increase at midnight (MT) on February 12, 2021. At that time, pricing to attend will be:

  • Full-Day Track is $50/person.
  • Half-Day Track is $30/person.

  • Registrant will select either the morning or afternoon track. 

Attendee Registration Guidelines

Please see our Who Should Attend section for which collegiate officer and volunteer positions are required to attend. For collegiate officers, please wait until after your chapter’s elections are held before you have your attendees register.

Registration opens on Friday, January 8, 2021.

The deadline for all attendees will be midnight MT on Thursday, February 18. No refunds will be given after this date. 

Optional Items Available for Purchase

During registration you have the option to purchase BEDI Summit affiliated merchandise as well as pay your alumnae dues or join Life Loyal. Items available for purchase include:

Unisex Short Sleeve Heather Grey T-shirt (XS-4XL): $20

Women’s Long Sleeve Tunic Tee (XS-4XL): $25

Autographed paperback copy of Keynote Speaker, Lawrence Ross’ book: $25

All items will be produced and shipped directly to the address provided after registration closes. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your purchase to arrive. 

Cancellation Policy

All BEDI Summit cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to Director of Conferences and Meetings Page Adams, at least 48 hours prior to the summit. After 48 hours, registration fees are 100% non-refundable.
