BEDI Summit: Registration/Pricing

The BEDI Summit is a virtual event scheduled on Saturday, February 26, 2022, from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. MT and Sunday, February 27, 2022, from 2-5:30 p.m. MT.

Registration costs vary.

  • Chapter registration is $400 for ten attendees (chapter advisor and nine collegiate officers) for both days. All chapters that register their ten required attendees will gain event access for the remainder of their chapter at no additional cost. 
  • Individual registration is $25 for Saturday, February 26 only.
  • Required volunteer registration for volunteer attendees, International Headquarters staff and friends of Gamma Phi Beta will attend at no cost. Attendance is as follows:

Required volunteer attendees – Both days

International Headquarters Staff – Saturday only

Friends of Gamma Phi Beta – Saturday only 

Attendee Registration Guidelines

Registration opens on Friday, January 7, 2022.

For collegiate officers, please wait until your chapter’s elections are held before you have your attendees register. One person from each chapter should register all 10 required attendees. Please be prepared with all registration information before attempting to register.

To successfully register all required attendees at one time, it is recommended that one executive council member collect required attendee registration information in advance of completing the registration form. When the designated registrant reaches the registration summary page, they will select the Add Other Registrants button. 

Once all 10 attendees are registered, you will be able to pay for all attendees at once.

The registration deadline for all attendees is midnight MT on Friday, February 18. No refunds will be given after this date. 

Cancellation Policy

All BEDI Summit cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to Director of Conferences and Meetings Page Adams, at least one week prior to the summit. After 48 hours, registration fees are 100% non-refundable.
