Registration is now open for all! All fees must be paid by credit card at the time of submitting your registration. ​​Registrants with outstanding fees will not be allowed to participate until the registration cost is paid in full.

Pricing

Events for the weekend are customizable and prices will vary depending on which experience you choose. What is included in your registration depends on the individual items you have selected to participate in over the weekend. Registration fees do not include airfare/mileage, hotel accommodations, transportation, parking, non-ticketed meals or alcohol.

A full refund will be available until one week before the event. Refunds will not be available after November 1, 2024.

Friday, November 8

Welcome Reception at 5 p.m.

Price: $25
Meet us in the Persian Terrace for a special Welcome Reception in this stunning ballroom. This is your time to meet with old friends, tour the Traveling Exhibit and visit our onsite vendors. Cash Bar and hors d'oeuvres will be available.

Dine-Around Dinners – For those interested in dining with a group and making sisterly connections, this is the option for you. We have considered various restaurants and price points to meet every budget and taste. Purchase your dine around ticket as a solo or with others, but don’t delay, as these options are limited and will sell out! Once they are filled, we will not be adding more options.

Fine Dining at Lemon Grass (
113 Walton St. Syracuse, NY 13202)

Lemon Grass has been committed to bringing innovative, fresh and delicious Pacific Rim Thai food to area customers for over 30 years. They have built a reputation as one of the best restaurants in the Central New York Region, winning Northeastern awards for food and international awards for their wine list.

  • Your ticket includes a selection of appetizers, salad, five entrees and a dessert selection. Gratuity and non-alcoholic beverages are included in the ticket price.

Mid-Range Dining at Francesca's Cucina (545 N. Salina St, Syracuse, NY 13208)

Join your sisters at a staple of Syracuse dining for over 30 years for a family-style meal. Francesca’s features an extensive menu of homemade Italian entrees and we guarantee you will not leave hungry!

Casual Dining at Phoebe's Restaurant (900 E. Genesee St, Syracuse, NY 13244)

Phoebe’s Restaurant has been a proud fixture of Syracuse dining since 1976. The ambience today has kept true to the original vintage style with brass railings, tin ceilings, and the hand-carved bar. Their old-world charm is the perfect setting to enjoy a meal featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Casual Dining at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que (246 W Willow St. Syracuse, NY 13202)

Saturday, November 9

9 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Alpha Chapter and Campus Tours

Meet us at the Alpha Chapter facility to start your tour. Then join a student tour guide to see the full Syracuse campus and learn a few historical Gamma Phi highlights along the way. We will conclude each tour back at the Alpha facility where refreshments will be served.

Shuttles will run from the Marriott to the Alpha facility continuously throughout the day from 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Please dress for the weather and for varied terrain throughout campus. November weather can be unpredictable, and campus is hilly. Please note that neither the Alpha facility nor the campus tour are accessible.

Alpha tours will run every 15 minutes and campus tours will run every 30 minutes. Alpha tours will begin at the Gamma Phi Beta facility at 9 a.m. and the last tour will conclude at 12:45 p.m. Campus tours will begin and end at the Gamma Phi Beta facility starting at 9:30 a.m. with the last tour will departing at 1 p.m. Campus tours are roughly about 70 minutes in length.

Initiation Ritual

You will not want to miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to participate in our historical ritual at the beautiful
Hendricks Chapel. The chapel began construction in 1929 and was completed in 1930 and was funded by former Syracuse mayor Francis Hendricks. Hendricks Chapel was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Hendricks Chapel is home to all student religious and spiritual groups on campus. These groups span a wide variety of religious traditions and spiritual interests with a focus on belonging and education of the whole person. Hendricks Chapel remains fully committed to the religious and spiritual expression of the Syracuse community.

Join International Ritual Chair Mary Knaup (California State-Fullerton) and Alpha Chapter president as they lead us in our beautiful Initiation ritual, welcoming new alumnae members into our sisterhood. 
Immediately following ritual, return shuttles to the Marriott will run continuously as needed. The venue is accessible.

150th Celebration Gala

Our evening gala will be held at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown in the Grand Ballroom. Your ticket includes a cocktail reception with a cash bar, celebration program, keynote speaker and Gala dinner. You won’t want to miss this culminating gala in what has been an amazing year-long celebration. The historic Grand Ballroom is a stunning venue that features a vibrant hand-painted ceiling, sparkling chandeliers, balconies and opulent gold accents dating back to 1924. Perfect for this historical event!

Sunday, November 10

Founders Day Breakfast

Join your sisters and International Ritual Chair Mary Knaup (California State-Fullerton) as we say goodbye to our 150th year and come together to enjoy a farewell breakfast while we hold our Founders Day Ritual.

Optional New York City Trip

Continue the 150th festivities with a trip to New York City. The trip features three nights at the Intercontinental New York Times Square Hotel and will depart Syracuse on a private motorcoach bound for Manhattan for a fun-filled trip to the Big Apple. Tentative schedule features:

  • Sunday, November 10 – Arrival in New York City via private motorcoach from Syracuse; dinner at a local Italian favorite.
  • Monday, November 11 – Enjoy a walking tour of a quintessential New York City neighborhood and a special 150th celebration dinner.
  • Tuesday, November 12 – Free day to enjoy New York City on your own; farewell dinner.
  • Wednesday, November 13 – Departures on own (or extend your stay).
